Peter Wennink joins supervisory board VDL

Peter Wennink has been appointed to the supervisory board of VDL Groep. On 1 September, the former CEO of ASML joined board chairman Louis Deterink and the other members, Lau Pas and Marjan van Loon. “With his breadth of experience, expertise and network, he’s a valuable addition,” says VDL president and CEO Willem van der Leegte.

“VDL Groep has developed over the decades into an important technology supplier and may rightly be considered one of the top technology and manufacturing companies in the Netherlands,” comments Wennink. “In the coming decades, VDL’s competencies will also be in great demand. Being able to contribute to that was a great motivation for me to join the supervisory board.”
