The management team of Promexx Technical Automation has acquired all shares of the Son-based company. Director John van Meel and business unit managers Kris Hoogendoorn and Oscar Reynhout, together with Vondel Private Equity, have bought out Eric Schuerman and Maarten Beijloos, who founded the high-tech software specialist in 2004. Current management has been active since January of last year.

Promexx offers secondment services and fixed-price projects in technical software development for mechatronic systems. It has built up extensive expertise in areas such as machine interfaces, web-based applications, databases, motion, robotics and vision.
