Nexperia has announced that its CEO Frans Scheper has decided to take early retirement. He has stepped down as of 25 March. The current chairman of the management board, XueZheng Zhang, has assumed the role of CEO. Scheper will stay on as an advisor to help achieve a smooth transition and provide continuity. During his leadership, Nexperia achieved a record high turnover and profitability.
