The numbers are in for ICT Group’s Q1 2019, showing a revenue of 39.4 million euros. This is an increase of 37 percent compared to the same quarter last year. The growth stems, in large part, from the two recent acquisitions of Intraffic and Additude (links in Dutch). However, the Barendrecht-based industrial service provider is also touting growth independent of new acquisitions, with a 9-percent organic growth rate over the same period of time – fueled by high demand in the high tech and automotive sectors. Generally speaking, the group performed well across the board, hampered only by negative growth in the health sector with a loss of 15 percent.

Jos Blejie, CEO of ICT Group, voiced his pleasure with the start to 2019, but warned, “We benefited from strong demand in the high tech and automotive sector but there are indications that this will level off in the course of the year.”
