As of 1 May, Otto van den Boogaard will be the new CEO of the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. Together with the recently appointed CFO, Hielke Lamsma, he’ll lead the campus in its continued growth. After eleven years, the current directors, Jan-Willem Neggers and Freek Smolders, will step down from their management roles.
Van den Boogaard is bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on asset management and development. Currently, he works as development director at Austria’s IES Immobilien-Projektentwicklung. He holds a Master’s degree in financial and strategic management from the University of Groningen.
