Following the acquisition by ICT Group in January (link in Dutch), the Swedish engineering consultancy firm Additude has now announced the opening of its new recruitment division in Eindhoven. Because of ICT’s goal of global growth and the strength of the existing brand in the Scandinavian market, the new department will be known as Additude Nederland. It will be housed in Philips Stadium.
Historically, Additude has focused on jobs in the domain of industrial automation and (embedded) software by providing staff for management positions (CIO, CTO, CDO), as well as recruiting staff for tech roles including architects, software developers and testers. Additude Nederland, however, will operate with three main areas of focus within the tech market: recruitment, temporary staffing and assisting graduates of its Additude Academy that are looking for employment.
