As of 1 December, Hans Kemper and Kees Revenberg, founders of Maser Engineering, have ceded their daily management duties to Thijs Kempers and Rudy Sesink. Kempers has taken on the position of CEO; Sesink is the new COO. Both have been working at the Enschede-based reliability test and failure analysis specialist for some time, as sales director and operations director, respectively. After 27 years of service, Kemper and Revenberg will remain involved in the background as presidents and major shareholders, while their successors look to further growth.

Maser is an independent engineering service company, founded in 1993. Using advanced equipment, it performs fault analyses and reliability tests for electronic components, modules and systems. Its customers include OEMs, fabless semiconductor manufacturers, EMS providers and IC design houses. Located at Enschede Kennispark, the company currently employs 60.
