Tjarko Bouman will become the CEO of NTS-Group on 1 August. He’ll succeed the current top executive Marc Hendrikse, who’ll leave the company after fifteen years. According to the NTS supervisory board and the shareholder – the Wintermans family of entrepreneurs – Bouman is the right person to lead NTS through a phase in which the development of distinctive and strategic customer propositions is central, while also realizing manageable growth.

Bouman has extensive experience in international business and the high-tech industry. After graduating from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a degree in business administration, he held various roles in consulting and management, including at Fedex, IG&H and Ricoh. In his last role at Vanderlande, he was responsible for the warehousing and parcel business in large parts of Europe and Asia, including sales, engineering, realization & delivery and services & maintenance.
