Vanderlande is opening an R&D center for robotics in the Meulensteen House of Robotics, located on the campus of Eindhoven University of Technology (TUE). The lease has recently been signed and will start on 1 June. With its new R&D Innovation Lab, the Veghel-based company is realizing an open-innovation environment for the development and testing of new robot technologies. The ecosystem of the Eindhoven campus and the multi-tenant building stimulates knowledge sharing and collaboration with other robotics companies, university faculties and students, so that innovations are applied more quickly.

The Meulensteen House of Robotics is a new multi-tenant building with studios for companies specialized in robotics. The building has recently been transformed to meet all the needs of new tenants. The rooms have received a facelift and shared facilities have been realized. The environment is also suitable for start-ups and companies that have a link or would like to collaborate with TUE and related companies.
