During Prodrive’s 30th anniversary celebration, top executive Pieter Janssen announced that his company plans to appoint a new CEO before the end of the year. Janssen will shift his focus to technology and markets. This is reported by Eindhovens Dagblad and has been confirmed by Prodrive. The newspaper also writes that Katja Pahnke has resigned after only six months. She joined Prodrive last November, becoming responsible for employee and organizational development.

Janssen’s shareholder position won’t change. Last April, together with HAL Investments, he took over the Prodrive shares from his co-founder Hans Verhagen. This increased HAL’s ownership to 47.18 percent. Janssen retained a majority stake, with a small portion of the shares held by management and employees. In 2022, Prodrive achieved a net profit of 6 million euros on a total turnover of 415 million euros. The technology company has 2,360 full-time jobs.
